At the commencement of an Abhiyaan one commits to a certain kilograms of weight loss/gain that he intends to achieve to maintain a healthy life. This is accomplished by a blend of correct diet and adequate exercise. Daily measurements of progress, or lack of it, are taken by the mirror-on-the-wall test – the weighing scale. One accordingly adjusts his lifestyle to achieve the time-bound goal of dedicating the committed number of kilograms to Pujyashri Gurudev. Right through the past 3 Abhiyaans, a remarkable total of 3000 kgs were shed, globally. |
